Research, strategy, and design in service of social good

I help organisations navigate complexity and design better systems by deeply understanding people and the contexts they live and work in. Through facilitation, qualitative research, and behavioural insight, I work with NGOs, social impact organisations, and digital teams to understand what truly drives behaviour across individuals, communities, and systems. This understanding is translated into clear strategies, services, and programs that support digital transformation, behavioural change, and long-term impact.

My work sits at the intersection of human behaviour, systems thinking, and design. Drawing on user research, service design, psychology, and behavioural science, I focus on making complexity easier to understand and act on. I believe meaningful change begins with listening carefully to people, understanding their motivations and constraints, and designing with care so that dignity and human experience remain at the centre of every decision.
